Требования:
  • Высшее финансовое/экономическое/техническое образование;
  • Опыт работы в финансовой сфере на аналогичной должности не менее 2х лет (микро и малый бизнес);
  • Знание и навыки основ, методов продаж банковских продуктов и путей повышения их эффективности;
  • Навык активных продаж.
Обязанности:
  • Расширение клиентской базы филиала;
  • Обзвон клиентов с целью назначения встреч;
  • Выявление потребностей клиента, проведение переговоров с бизнес-клиентами с целью привлечения на обслуживание и продажи банковских продуктов и услуг;
  • Проведение переговоров и заключение сделок с клиентами;
  • Управление продажами и отслеживание выполнение планов продаж.
Условия:
  • График работы: 5/2, с 9:00 до 18:00;
  • Стабильная и своевременная выплата ЗП;
  • Предусмотрена система бонусирования (обговаривается на собеседовании);
