Обязанности:
- Изучать законодательство Республики Казахстан по направлению деятельности;
- Принимать участие в разработке внутренних нормативных документов Банка в рамках деятельности Филиала;
- На основании полномочий, предоставленных Банком, представлять интересы Банка в государственных органах, организациях независимо от форм собственности, во всех судах Республики Казахстан по вопросам, затрагивающим интересы Банка и относящиеся к компетенции Управления в Филиале;
- Предоставлять заключения и консультировать подразделения Филиала по правовым вопросам
Требования:
- Высшее юридическое образование
- Опыт работыв банке от 2-3 лет;
- Знание законодательства Республики Казахстан по банковской деятельности Банка, умение анализировать, разъяснять и применять на практике нормативные правовые акты Республики Казахстан
- Знание практики применения гражданского, трудового, банковского права знание основ управления и организации труда, а также делопроизводства
