About the role
This role is a for an experienced Site Foreman with a focus on administering quality, safety and environmental management. You will need to work autonomously at times and also coordinate internal and external resources

You will be a high calibre individual with a focus on delivering quality projects and overseeing site functions. Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals
Skills and Experience
- Qualifications relevant to the role
- Extensive experience in building construction
- Proven 3 years minimum experience managing small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial or multi-residential sectors
- Be component in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishes.
- Excellent communication and personal skills
- A person who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality driven
- Be able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture)
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards
- Good computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore)

- QBCC licencing
