Associate Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager is key to enabling our sales teams (Client Partners and Client Solution Managers) to drive revenue at scale, efficiently and strategically. The role owns revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness of our tooling and sales processes, and productive cross-functional partnership across internal teams and our partners. You will support our Business Units representing Twitch, Roblox and Admazing. You'll act as a right hand to the Partner Director on planning, reporting and analysis for the assigned Business Unit, and as the leader of the Client Solutions team, partnering with sales leaders on strategies that improve stakeholder experience, optimize performance and reduce operational costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Quarterly and annual planning; revenue planning and pricing.
• Weekly sales reporting and analysis: opportunities, pipeline health, weekly status.
• Reporting and analysis for upper management on delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage, efficiency and opportunities.
• Lead a team of CSMs
• Implement processes and procedures to scale.
• Knowledge management: maintain and grow process documentation.
• Process automation and continuous improvement, including leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting, analysis and workflows; provide input on sales ops policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice.
• Liaison with partners' sales operations teams.
• Liaison with finance teams; support at closing time; revenue control with the partner's Sales Finance team.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, preferably within the digital advertising landscape. Knowledge of mobile advertising, digital media, and/or relevant industry KPIs is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive change across multiple stakeholders and levels of management.
• Highly adaptable and able to prioritize, multitask, and quickly shift focus to respond to changing business needs and drive growth.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and efficiently manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, creative, and resourceful, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• AI & Automation: Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, N8N, or similar platforms to automate workflows, improve processes, and drive efficiency. This is a core and non-negotiable requirement of the role.
• Data & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, particularly for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. Experience using Salesforce is required.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken, are required.
