Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Content & Social Media Manager to own full content engine. This is not a scheduler or a posting role - we need someone who thinks strategically and executes independently: from concept and creation through to influencer coordination and performance iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content.

• Champion a real, human, non-AI content aesthetic that reflects brand's warmth and authenticity

• Communicate product value through storytelling - not sales-speak

Calendar & Scheduling

• Own and manage a full social content calendar end-to-end

• Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, and handle all scheduling and publishing

• Maintain brand consistency and posting cadence with minimal oversight

Influencer & UGC Coordination

• Proactively source and build relationships with influencers, and UGC contributors

• Build and manage a content flywheel so the brand always has a pipeline of fresh, authentic material

• Repurpose and organize creator content across Instagram and other channels

Growth & Optimization

• Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building

• Track performance and iterate based on what resonates with the target audience

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English - native or top-tier fluency required

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands

• Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content well beyond basic design tools

• Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently

• Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting

• Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and be fluent in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar). Applications without this experience will not be considered.

• Instagram (primary channel)

• Video/content creation tools (beyond Canva - demonstrate what you use)

• Project management tools: Asana, ClickUp, or similar

• WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and standard async collaboration platforms
