About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent for our multiple vacancies worldwide. This isn't just an internship: it's a foundational learning experience where you'll gain hands-on expertise in direct search and sourcing methodologies in a truly global context. You'll learn best practices, develop a solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and become an expert in finding the right people for the right roles, no matter where they are!

What You'll Do

• Conducting direct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for Aleph in 100+ countries.
• Utilizing various sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Engaging with potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
• Collaborating and partnering with our Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business.

What You Need For This Role

• English fluency is a MUST, proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage, allowing you to connect with a wider pool of global talent.
• You have a genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.
• You don't wait for opportunities; you create them!
• You can articulate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.
• You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
