Alfa Laval India is looking for a position of Channel Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Purpose of job:

Responsible for managing and developing business channels (Integrators and End Users - Pharma)

Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for -

• Market mapping to identify business opportunities and drive sales for developing new ideas and concepts for future offerings with the mission to develop our business[End-customer, integrator (incl. EPC)]

• Market Coverage for Pharma for Southern region through End Users for HFH products
• Create needs in the market by being close to the market

• Develop and implement long-term relation for pharmaceutical industry key accounts

• Influence decision-makers

• Work closely with product & application specialists, other BU’s, locally
• Formulate, implement and update the sales plan for assigned products, services and channels
• Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed integrators .
• Analyze and understand market insights, the buying behavior and the function of Channel Partners way to the markets in order to support the channel to grow the sales.
• Identify key factors to grow the sales at each channel and to motive the channel to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales.
• Be active in the market and focus on making visits, and train channels and make sure they have the right and relevant tools to achieve sales targets.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

What you can be -

• 8-10 years of overall functional experience in Sales, Sales support, Proposals for capital goods.
• BE Chemical/ Mechanical Preferred.
• Industry experience: Techno commercial knowledge from process engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply
• Directly/indirectly working with Pharma/Chemical/ Manufacturing Customers in previous organization.
