Field Sales Engineer – Refrigeration, Heat Pumps & Industrial Heat Recovery

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with your commercial mindset to support customers across Poland while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
• Developing and maintaining sales plans and forecasts
• Visiting customers across Poland to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
• Recommending the most suitable Alfa Laval solutions and preparing tailored commercial proposals
• Supporting marketing activities by participating in trade fairs and industry events, as well as delivering customer presentations and technical training
• Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system
• Negotiating commercial offers and following up on quotations to successfully close business opportunities
• Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Engineering, and Service to deliver the best possible customer experience
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to grow the business

Who we're looking for:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy Engineering, or another relevant technical field
• At least two years of experience in technical sales, business development, or another customer-facing technical role
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven approach to work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across Poland (approximately 3-4 days per week)
• A valid Category B driving license
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an advantage but is not required
