Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Non-IT Recruiter with experience in recruiting for Sales and Business Development positions within an IT/Software Testing or Technology Services organization. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, sourcing suitable sales professionals, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process until onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Understand hiring requirements for Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales Enterprise sales , Account Management, and Pre-Sales positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales achievements, industry exposure, and job fit.
  • Handle recruitment for roles such as:
  • Business Development Executive / Manager
  • Sales Executive / Manager
  • Inside Sales Executive
  • BDM - IT Services
  • Account Manager
  • Client Relationship Manager
  • Pre-Sales / Sales Support
  • Enterprise Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
  • Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews and shortlist relevant candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage salary discussions, notice-period negotiations, documentation, and offer coordination.
  • Track offer acceptance and joining status and work toward achieving hiring targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition activities when required.

Required Skills:

• • 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Sales Recruitment.
  • Good understanding of B2B Sales and IT Services Sales profiles.
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals for technology, software, testing, QA, or IT services companies is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work with recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/recruitment trackers, and Boolean search techniques.
