Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles and demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate matches
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Should be able to work on targets and ensure timely closure

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
