  • Customer Onboarding: Assist clients with product setup and implementation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Product Training: Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer queries via email, calls, and ticketing tools.
  • Product Adoption: Help clients understand and effectively use Loyalty Program features.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Technical Support, and Development teams.
  • Follow-ups & Reporting: Track onboarding progress, pending issues, and customer feedback. Maintain support reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, coordination, and time management.
  • Language Preference: Proficiency in any South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) is an add-on.
  • Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or ticketing tools.
  • Preferred Experience: Exposure to SaaS products, customer success, client servicing, or technical support.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
