Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and own the overall product architecture.
  • Design scalable solutions using React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, and MySQL.
  • Drive microservices, API-first, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Design intelligent automation features such as AI-assisted test generation, self-healing, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.
  • Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous product innovation.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of software product development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Java Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Architecture (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Good understanding of AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.
  • Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data, and automation scripts using generative AI tools.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Test Automation platforms or Quality Engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or TestComplete.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
  • Exposure to SaaS product development and enterprise software.
