  • Monitoraggio giornaliero degli ordini in transito e in consegna, con segnalazione tempestiva di anomalie.
  • Preparazione e gestione degli ordini clienti (data entry).
  • Partecipazione a valutazioni di bidding e proposte di servizio con il Team commerciale.
  • Organizzazione di riunioni settimanali con i clienti.
  • Attività di Customer Service

Requirements

  • Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza pacchetto office in particolare excel e posta elettronica
  • Gestione delle urgenze e problem solving
  • Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
