La posizione

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:

  • controllo e gestione delle fatture;
  • verifica dei pagamenti;
  • attività di data entry;
  • gestione e archiviazione della documentazione amministrativa;
  • supporto alle attività d’ufficio.

Requirements

Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della L. 68/99;

buona dimestichezza con il computer e il Pacchetto Office;

inglese: requisito preferenziale.

Si offre un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato, con CCNL Commercio - 4° livello.

  • Full time: 40 ore settimanali
  • Orario: dal lunedì al venerdì, in orario d’ufficio
  • Ticket restaurant: €5,00 al giorno
