Capo Contabile - tempo determinato 12 mesi

Inserita inizialmente come sostituzione maternità, la figura affiancherà l'azienda in un percorso di evoluzione acquisendo progressivamente maggiori responsabilità.

La risorsa risponderà direttamente al CFO di Gruppo e si occuperà di:

  • Gestione autonoma della contabilità generale, fatturazione, adempimenti fiscali e tesoreria/banche.
  • Predisposizione delle chiusure contabili mensili e della reportistica periodica.
  • Revisione e ottimizzazione dei processi e delle procedure amministrative esistenti.
  • Coordinamento delle risorse operative.

Requirements

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi
  • Autonomia completa sul ciclo contabile fino al bilancio/ chiusure mensili.
  • Attitudine alla gestione del cambiamento e all'ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro.
