Sales Assistant

Il Ruolo

La figura affiancherà lo Store Manager nella vendita e gestione quotidiana della boutique con sede a Cortina d’Ampezzo (BL), accogliendo una clientela italiana e internazionale di fascia alta durante la stagione sciistica.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestire la vendita assistita, presentando collezioni, tessuti e vestibilità
  • Accogliere e consigliare il cliente, offrendo un servizio personalizzato coerente con gli standard di una maison di lusso
  • Sviluppare e fidelizzare la clientela, anche attraverso clienteling e contatti post-vendita
  • Curare l'esposizione dei capi e il visual merchandising secondo le linee guida del brand
  • Supportare la gestione del magazzino: ricevimento merce, riordini, inventari
  • Coordinarsi con la sartoria per eventuali ritocchi e personalizzazioni

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni come Sales Assistant nel retail di abbigliamento, preferibilmente nel lusso o nel menswear
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare per l'intera stagione, novembre - aprile, inclusi weekend e festività
  • Disponibilità a risiedere a Cortina per la durata del contratto
  • La conoscenza dell’abbigliamento sartoriale e dei tessuti sarà considerata un plus
