SERVICE ENGINEER / TECNICO TRASFERTISTA
IL RUOLO E LE ATTIVITÀ
La risorsa inserita all'interno del team Service & After-Sales si occuperà di installazione, collaudo, assistenza e manutenzione di impianti automatici e linee d'assemblaggio ad alta tecnologia.
Nello specifico, le responsabilità comprenderanno:
- Installazione e Avviamento: Installazione di macchine automatiche e messa in servizio dei sistemi realizzati presso le sedi dei clienti.
- Collaudo e Formazione: Completamento dei collaudi e attività di formazione/istruzione del personale del cliente sull'uso e la manutenzione degli impianti.
- Assistenza e Troubleshooting: Assistenza tecnica diretta in cantiere e supporto remoto da sede; ricerca ed eliminazione delle cause di guasto per prevenirne la ripetitività.
- Manutenzione Programmata: Gestione degli interventi manutentivi pianificati e verifica della corretta disponibilità della ricambistica.
- Attività in Sede: Nei periodi di presenza in azienda, collaborazione attiva con i team di programmazione PLC e montaggio elettromeccanico.
Requirements
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
- Formazione: Laurea ad indirizzo Ingegneristico (Automazione/Elettronica) o Diploma Tecnico affine (Elettrotecnica, Meccatronica, Informatica).
- Competenze Software/Automazione: Buona conoscenza della programmazione PLC (unità dedicate al Motion Control, HMI) e parametrizzazione drive/azionamenti, sensori e attuatori.
- Mobilità: Disponibilità a trasferte (massimo 2-3 giorni).
- Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
- Soft Skills: Spiccate doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente, determinazione, spinta al problem solving e passione per il settore dell'automazione.
