Propósito del Puesto

Ejecutar el proceso de seguimiento y visibilidad de las ordenes de compras, según condiciones negociadas, administrando cualquier desviación que pueda presentarse con los stakeholder para asegurar la atención oportuna de las entregas, velando por el cumplimiento de las condiciones y términos de pago a los proveedores.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Enviar y confirmar las Órdenes de Compras a los proveedores y dar visibilidad por medio de las diferentes herramientas establecidas a los principales stakeholders
  • Realizar la recepción, revisión y envío de documentos (BL, CO, Lista de embarque, etc.) a los Comex locales, asegurando la debida correspondencia con las órdenes de compra.
  • Coordinar con los stakeholders soluciones por desviaciones en las entregas.
  • Gestionar y resolver reclamos de calidad, faltantes-sobrantes, retrasos, etc.
  • Actualización de carpetas de soportes de compras.
  • Gestionar y revisar posibles problemas de pago a proveedores.

Requsitos

  • Bachillerato Universitario en Administración de empresas/Ing. Industrial o Comercio Internacional
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en compras internacionales
  • Conocimiento de SAP, módulo MM.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión ISO 9001 e ISO 14001.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio (Independent User)

Ubicación oficina: San José, Escazú

Modalidad: Híbrida

Horario: lunes a viernes de 08:00am a 17:00pm
