Propósito del Puesto

Responsable de la planeación táctica regional de materias primas y compuestos para las plantas productivas del grupo, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales para soportar los planes de producción. Asimismo, optimiza los niveles de inventario y capital de trabajo mediante el uso de herramientas de planificación y análisis como SAP e IBP, garantizando una adecuada visibilidad y toma de decisiones en la cadena de abastecimiento.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la planificación regional de materias primas y compuestos alineada con los planes de producción y demanda.
  • Ejecutar revisiones de planificación de suministro y desarrollar proyecciones de consumo de materiales.
  • Coordinar el seguimiento de abastecimiento con el área de Compras, definiendo prioridades de suministro.
  • Gestionar materiales críticos de forma integral, desde la generación de requerimientos hasta su recepción.
  • Optimizar los niveles de inventario y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales.
  • Monitorear demanda, requerimientos, coberturas e inventarios a través de SAP IBP.
  • Garantizar la correcta parametrización de materiales y la calidad de los datos maestros en los sistemas.
  • Participar en iniciativas interdisciplinarias relacionadas con nuevos productos y mejoras en la cadena de suministro.

Requisitos

  • Bachillerato universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Producción Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afín
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia laboral, preferiblemente en empresas multinacionales.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de planificación de la demanda y abastecimiento.
  • Manejo avanzado de SAP IBP y Power BI.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos y gestión de bases de datos en la nube.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Certificación CPIM (APICS) deseable.
