Strategic Partnership Executive H/F

About the Role

Alice & Bob is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Executive to build and manage a portfolio of high-impact industrial partnerships.

Reporting to the executive team, you will develop strategic alliances that accelerate our path toward fault-tolerant quantum computing commercialization through technology access, industrialization, supply chain resilience, ecosystem development, and future go-to-market opportunities.

You will act as a trusted executive counterpart to senior leaders of global industrial organizations and position Alice & Bob as a preferred strategic partner within the quantum ecosystem.

Responsabilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across semiconductors, electronics, manufacturing, defense, IT, cryogenics, quantum technologies, and related industries.
• Lead executive-level negotiations and structure long-term collaboration models, including technology partnerships, co-development programs, strategic supply agreements, and ecosystem initiatives.
• Build partnerships that accelerate product development, industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain resilience.
• Develop strong relationships with key industrial stakeholders and represent Alice & Bob at executive and industry events.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to maximize partnership value.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy within deep tech or advanced industrial environments.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships with Tier-1 international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following industries: semiconductors, electronics, advanced manufacturing, defense, aerospace, IT, or deep tech.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders across international markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent English required - French language skills are a plus.
