AWS Cloud Solutions Engineer (all genders)

Your missionAs an AWS Cloud Solution Engineer (all genders) you advise our customers on their individual journey into and through the cloud. You help our clients to build a secure digital future by validating the security of our clients existing AWS cloud environments. As part of your future responsibilities, you will

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS for various workload types
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cutting-edge cloud-based solutions
• Develop and extend small scope functionality code (Lambdas/ containers)
• Automate infrastructure as code
• Analyse and optimize existing environments
• Conduct security audits and performance tests

You collaborate with the team and stakeholders (Customers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers) in exciting and diversified projects while constantly learning new technologies and improving your skills.
Requirements Minimum qualifications:

• Cloud enthustiast and have a positive, can-do-attitude
• Agile mindset and behave Dev-Ops like
• Wiling an capable to bring a non-blocking security attitude to clients
• Ability to design and facilitate CI/CD environments
• Knowledge in at least of the Infrastructure as code tools, i.e. Terraform, Cloudformation or CDK
• Knowledge in designing and deploying microservices
• Proven AWS experience
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, ECR, Fargate) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Good communication skills in German and English

Preferred qualifications:

• AWS Certifications
• Proven expertise in crafting software in Typescript, Python or GoLang
• Proven knowledge in IT security disciplines
• Active interest in community building and participation
