Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components

Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise-grade CRM ecosystem, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address unique business challenges and enhance user productivity.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal APIs to ensure data consistency and provide a unified view of customer information across the organization.

- Optimize existing codebases and system configurations to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability for long-term business growth.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that every feature delivered provides measurable value.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices in security and data governance to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.

Required Skillset :
