ALI Professional - Divisione D&I ricerca per azienda cliente, sita in zona Affori a Milano, una persona appartenente alle Categorie Protette L. 68/99 da inserire all’interno del team Marketing & Events.

La risorsa verrà coinvolta in un ruolo dinamico e trasversale, a supporto della gestione di eventi, fiere di settore e attività di comunicazione e marketing, con la possibilità di occuparsi di diverse attività contemporaneamente.

Attività principali:

  • Supporto nell’organizzazione e gestione di eventi regionali e fiere di settore;
  • Supporto nella gestione di campagne social e nella creazione di contenuti;
  • Adattamento e gestione di campagne e materiali provenienti dalla sede tedesca;
  • Realizzazione di semplici contenuti grafici e immagini per i social media, utilizzando Canva;
  • Supporto nella realizzazione di video e video-testimonianze;
  • Preparazione e aggiornamento di brochure e materiali di comunicazione;
  • Supporto nelle attività di approvazione interna e verifica di compliance relative agli eventi, attraverso il portale aziendale;
  • Gestione di attività amministrative e organizzative legate agli eventi;
  • Possibilità di partecipare, in misura ridotta, a eventi e iniziative esterne.

Orario e modalità di lavoro:

  • Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì;
  • Orario indicativo 9:00 - 18:00, con flessibilità in entrata e uscita;
  • Smart working il venerdì;
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte/partecipazione a eventi, in misura ridotta

Requirements

  • Buona dimestichezza con i principali strumenti digitali;
  • Conoscenza di Canva e interesse per la creazione di contenuti;
  • Creatività e curiosità verso il mondo della comunicazione e degli eventi;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferenziale.

Benefits

Contratto iniziale di somministrazione della durata di 12 mesi;

  • 4° livello CCNL Commercio;
  • RAL circa 30.000 €;
  • Buoni pasto da 10 € anche nelle giornate di smart working;
  • Bonus individuale del 3%
  • Inserimento previsto il prima possibile.
