Your talents
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 1 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (strong juniors welcome, seniors highly valued)
- Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Flow Designer
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic data modeling (CMDB)
- Independent, structured way of working with a passion for clean, scalable solutions
- Fluent in English and motivated to work in an international, hybrid team
