AllThingsBaby (ATB) is a one-stop destination for parents and parents-to-be, helping them discover, evaluate and purchase products across pregnancy, newborn, baby and parenting needs. We are rethinking the digital experience end-to-end, with mobile at the centre of how our audience interacts with us.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the UI/UX redesign of ATB's mobile app and web experience.
- Design end-to-end journeys across homepage, search, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout and account.
- Translate user behavior, research and analytics into clear design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Shape interaction design, information architecture, navigation and usability.
- Build and evolve a scalable design system across app and web.
Who We're Looking For :
- 3 - 5+ years in UI/UX, Product Design or Interaction Design.
- Strong experience designing mobile-first consumer products.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces or consumer internet is preferred.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, user journeys and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
- Able to balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
How You'll Work :
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and Marketing to take experiences from problem definition through design, development, launch and iteration. The role requires someone who can explain the "why" behind design decisions and is comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Good to Have :
- Experience in baby, parenting, lifestyle, beauty, fashion or other high-consideration categories.
- Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Experience using analytics, experimentation or user research to improve product experiences.
- Experience designing personalized or lifecycle-led consumer experiences.

- Simplifying discovery, consideration and purchase journeys.
- Designing parent-focused experiences such as baby registry and personalized discovery.
- Continuously improving usability and engagement through research, data and iteration.
