As a Paint Handler, you are a crucial part of the Allegion team, responsiblefor ensuring paint operations run smoothly. **We are hiring for FIRST SHIFT
**Starting Pay $17.62/hr.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, load/unload stock, OEM or Customer frames and sticks for paint operation
- Provide material handling as required, and operate various pieces of equipment as instructed by supervisor
What You Need to Succeed:
- Manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Ability to read and understand the directions for each production assignment and interpret customer orders.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance as required, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all quality & safety requirements.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry 50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
- Team player attitude.
