Rattaché(e) directement au Service Qualité, vous êtes un véritable relais technique de terrain au cœur des ateliers de fabrication. Véritable interface entre la Production, les Méthodes, le Bureau d’Études (BE) et la Qualité, vous apportez un support opérationnel quotidien pour garantir la conformité, la fluidité de la production et la résolution rapide des aléas techniques.

Missions principales

• Support opérationnel et présence atelier : Être présent de façon permanente sur le terrain en appui direct des équipes de production. Analyser en temps réel les blocages techniques et les écarts de fabrication.
• Gestion de la Qualité & Résolution de problèmes : Identifier, analyser et traiter les non-conformités et incidents qualité en atelier. Animer ou participer aux démarches de résolution de problèmes. Décider et piloter les actions curatives/correctives, notamment la faisabilité et la mise en œuvre des retouches de pièces.
• Industrialisation & Nouveaux Produits : Participer activement à la finalisation et au cadrage des démarrages de fabrication de nouveaux produits.

Profil recherché

Ce poste s'adresse à un profil technique polyvalent, issu de la Qualité, de la Maintenance, des Méthodes industrielles ou du Bureau d’Études.

Deux années d'expérience sont requises (alternance incluse).

Compétences techniques (Savoir-faire) :

• Solides bases en mécanique générale et compréhension approfondie du fonctionnement des machines et outillages.
• Maîtrise de la lecture de plans mécaniques.
• Capacité à interpréter le fonctionnement des produits finis.
• Connaissance pratique de la métrologie de base.
• Maîtrise des outils d'analyse et d'aide à la résolution de problèmes.
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques.

Qualités requises (Savoir-être) :

• Excellent sens du contact et posture orientée "terrain".
• Pragmatisme, réactivité et capacité de décision.
• Esprit d'analyse et rigueur technique.
