Missions
- Assurer le support IT et la relation avec les utilisateurs, en prenant en charge les incidents et demandes de niveau 1 et 2.
- Gérer et superviser les systèmes internes hébergés sur l'infrastructure de virtualisation, en garantissant leur disponibilité, leurs performances et leur sécurité.
- Administrer et superviser l'infrastructure réseau (switches, points d'accès Wi-Fi) et participer à la gestion du firewall.
