Objetivo del Puesto

Garantizar que todos los equipos e instalaciones de la planta operen de manera óptima, eficiente y segura. Ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, participar activamente en el diagnóstico de fallas, análisis de causa raíz, optimización de refacciones y promover la mejora continua y el uso eficiente de recursos.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo: Ejecutar las órdenes de trabajo asignadas en tiempo y forma en equipos de áreas como: Estampado, Die Cast, Acabados, Celdas de Inyección y Fabricación.
  • Diagnóstico y Solución de Problemas: Participar en sesiones de análisis de causa raíz para reducir la recurrencia de fallas en equipos críticos.
  • Gestión de Órdenes y Registros: Capturar y documentar oportunamente las actividades y órdenes de trabajo en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento (AMMS / CMMS) y listas de verificación (checklists de arranque y mantenimiento autónomo).
  • Industria 4.0: Monitorear y navegar en dashboards de manufactura para correlacionar variables y mejorar diagnósticos.
  • Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Cumplir estrictamente con los procedimientos de seguridad (LOTO, uso de EPP) y normativas de calidad y medio ambiente (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO 45001).
  • Metodología 5's: Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura.

Educación:

  • Carrera Técnica o Preparatoria Técnica Especialidad deseada en: Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad, Mecánica o Electrónica.

Experiencia:

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia comprobable en mantenimiento dentro de empresas de manufactura/industriales.

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos:

  • Electricidad básica y circuitos de control eléctrico.
  • Sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos.
  • Sistemas de lubricación industrial.
  • Procedimientos de bloqueo y etiquetado (LOTO).
  • Manejo básico de computación (MS Office, correo electrónico y sistemas de órdenes de trabajo).
  • Deseable: Conocimiento básico en AutoCAD y herramientas de Manufactura 4.0.

Competencias y Habilidades:

  • Enfoque estricto en la seguridad y prevención de riesgos.
  • Sentido de urgencia y orientación a resultados (% de disponibilidad de equipos).
  • Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.

Manejo de Software y Sistemas:

  • MS Office (nivel básico: Word, Excel, correo electrónico).
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión de órdenes de trabajo (deseable AMMS o similar).
  • Deseable: Nociones en AutoCAD y uso de plataformas/dashboards de Manufactura 4.0
