- Zkušenosti s péčí o zákazníka nebo klienty jsou pro nás výhodou (nice to have), stejně jako znalost různých kanálů (e-mail, telefon, chat, WhatsApp). Pokud ale teprve začínáte, rádi vás vše naučíme!
- Osobu, které nevadí práce ve směnném režimu (včetně víkendů a svátků).
- Někoho s perfektními komunikačními schopnostmi v psané i mluvené formě. Znalost anglického jazyka v písemné a mluvené formě výhodou.
- Dokážete analyzovat data z různých zdrojů a nedělá vám problém pracovat ve více systémech najednou. Jste technicky zdatní a máte pozitivní přístup k využívání AI nástrojů.
- Rádi spolupracujete s ostatními odděleními a jste týmový hráč.

- Pracovní doba a směny: Ranní směna: 8:00 - 16:30; Střední směna: 9:30 - 18:00; Večerní směna: 14:00 - 22:30; Víkendové směny + svátky: 10:00 - 18:30
