As a Manufacturing Operator, you will use equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production process in a climate-controlled environment to create products and distribute them to customers.
Set-up and run manual, automatic and/or semiautomatic machines and related ancillary equipment in a production / processing operation
Follow production / process specifications or instructions to manufacture a product. This may includemonitoring speed, temperature, diameter measuring equipment, flow meters, gauges, valve position to ensure adherence to production / process specifications.
Perform inprocess quality checks for process and product characteristics using prescribed gauges, meters, microscopesand micrometers.
Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
Jobs may be of short, mediumor long duration, requiring frequent change in set up and variation in cycle.
About You
High school diploma/GED
Dependability, can-do attitudeand a strong work ethic
Candidates must be able to stand for long periodsof time, work in a manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
What you can expect from us
Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour, with yearly merit increases
Shift: Monday - Thursday6am-4pm (10-hour shifts)
