Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Incident Coordination in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and direct resources to support security-related operations. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service while helping to deter incidents through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, communications, and dispatch requests; prioritize and coordinate appropriate responses with on-site personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Document incidents, service requests, visitor activity, and dispatch actions accurately in applicable logs and reporting systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter, reporting security-related concerns, access issues, and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
