Job Description

As a Security Officer Visitor Entry Control Driver in Chillicothe, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide professional communication to employees and visitors. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access and visitor records.
• Control access for vehicles and personnel entering restricted operational areas, following established procedures for contractor, vendor, and delivery access.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
