Job Description

The Financial Analyst analyzes financial results for key products,marketsand initiatives. This position uses analysis to support creation ofa compellingstory lines to help deepen client insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective presentations for small groups

• Provideaccurate,timelyreports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance

• Use analysis to influence and drive action within finance and our business partners by using fact-based,holisticand forward-looking perspectives toidentifyemerging issues andassistin implementation of strategies

• Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates

• Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics,Businessor related area of study

• Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace

• Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions/ Oral and written communication skillsin order towork effectively across the organization

• General understanding of financial and accounting concepts

• Remote - Candidates may belocatedanywhere in the U.S., with preference given to those near our hub cities(Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX)

• Start date: Jan 2027or July 2027

• New Grad Role: Open to Dec 2026or May-June 2027Graduation Dates

Compensation offered for this role is $70,000.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 52,800.00 - 80,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
