Missions

Improving the architecture of existing plugins and guiding AI agents in creating new plugins with clean, maintainable structures.
Implementing review standards, enforcing PHP patterns, setting up linting/testing tools, and auditing test coverage.
Facilitating and leading refinement sessions, helping the team iterate on processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the CMS squad.
