About the role:
To organize and control assigned work by scheduling, supervising and assisting mechanics and technicians operating on shift. To plan and implement training of workshop staff adopting a mentor approach to ensure that assigned staff has the required level of skills to effectively maintain the fleet
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day workshop operations, including staffing, monitoring, and quality control.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and repair documentation, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and manufacturer procedures.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cost comparisons and recommend technically sound, cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure effective and fair utilization of workshop staff using the SAP Fiori platform.
- Generate staff performance reports using SAP Fiori data.
- Monitor assigned work, track KPIs, and recommend training requirements based on competency and skill levels.
- Maintain and update the workshop staff skills matrix.
- Maintain asset records for workshop equipment, report defective or damaged equipment, and recommend repair solutions when required.
- Analyze oil analysis reports and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Advanced Excel user.
- Knowledge of SAP PM Module.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database management or related field.
- Willingness to travel and work across KSA and GCC countries as required by business needs.
- English Fluency
