Project Engineer - Operation Department

You will join our team as a Project Engineer, responsible for the technical and operational management of assigned projects, from the post-award phase through to project completion. You will ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, compliance with deadlines and planned milestones, coordination of operational resources, and the proper functioning of installed equipment, working closely with the Operations Director and other involved functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct preliminary assessments of the technical and scheduling feasibility of projects following contract award, identifying and proposing technical solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate assigned operational teams, ensuring compliance with procedures, resource availability, and execution timelines.
• Monitor project progress and resource utilization, analyze deviations from the project plan, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve project milestones and ensure that Work Progress Reports remain aligned with the PMO planning.
• Support the Operations Director in the analysis of project criticalities and in the definition and periodic updating of product and project standards.
• Verify the correct operation of installed equipment and the quality of data transmitted within managed projects, coordinating any corrective or restoration activities together with the Operations Director.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of materials required for the start-up and execution of operational activities.
