HR Recruiter

Are you passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and support other HR functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with HR software or ATS (Zoho, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus).
