Payroll Executive

We are currently looking for a Payroll Executive with 3-4 years of experience who can independently manage payroll processes with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team in Fujairah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and salary changes
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
• Prepare and submit WPS files, salary slips, and payroll reports
• Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts for onboarding/offboarding and final settlements
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-4 years of proven experience in payroll processing (UAE experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of WPS, UAE labour laws, and payroll compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software/tools
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
