Facility Manager

Alphabait Realty is a premium real estate development company established in 2022 and headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. We are currently recruiting a Facility Manager to take charge of the daily operations, upkeep and overall administration of our residential estate.

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Manage the routine operations and general upkeep of the estate.
• Ensure the estate, shared spaces, facilities and infrastructure are kept in proper working condition.
• Carry out routine inspections and resolve maintenance concerns without delay.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance works, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and other estate services.
• Supervise estate support staff, artisans, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor essential services such as electricity, water supply, security and waste disposal.
• Handle residents' complaints and ensure facility-related issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain the estate in a clean, safe, secure and well-kept condition at all times.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, incidents, expenses and repairs.
• Track facility-related costs and ensure resources are used appropriately.
• Produce regular reports on the condition and operations of the estate.
• Spot potential problems early and take proactive measures to prevent major maintenance issues.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
• Solid understanding of building maintenance and estate operations.
• Experience supervising staff, contractors and other service providers.
