Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to address customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
