Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering detailed information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed explanations about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic while handling challenging customer interactions.
