Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and eager to start their career in the customer service industry. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and returns processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
