Job Description : We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the scheduling and appointment calendar for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and phone systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
