Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, embodying the professionalism and hospitality that our organization is known for. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk activities, handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Maintain and update front office records, files, and databases accurately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
