Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a friendly demeanor to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office files and documents both physically and digitally.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar events for staff.
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
