Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office by performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires someone who is reliable, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Prepare and process documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
