Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, and general office support while helping create a positive and organized workplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products, services, and general company activities.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist customers and visitors with requests and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized visitor and customer information.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
• Support general administrative and customer service activities.
• Communicate customer needs and requests to appropriate team members.
• Assist with routine office organization and paperwork.
• Help ensure the front office operates smoothly.
