Als Projektmanager / Organisationsentwickler koordinierst Du bereichsübergreifende Projekte, treibst organisatorische Verbesserungen voran und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung sowie die Fachbereiche bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Verwaltung.

  • Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer und organisatorischer Projekte
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung administrativer Prozesse
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften bei Veränderungsvorhaben
  • Moderation von Workshops sowie bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und Statusberichten
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards
  • Koordination interner und externer Projektpartner
  • Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen und nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Projekten

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder der Organisationsentwicklung
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert zu lösen
  • Sicheres und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzubringen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Digitalisierungs- oder Veränderungsprojekten von Vorteil
