  • Coordinate procurement of materials and long-lead items to maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, production, and schedule performance.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, general contractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify project risks early and implement solutions to minimize schedule delays and cost impacts.
  • Support field operations by ensuring crews have the resources, materials, and information needed to maintain productivity.
  • Oversee punch-list completion, project turnover, warranties, and final closeout documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial interior construction.
  • Experience managing projects involving drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, or related interior finish trades is required.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from startup through closeout.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, billing, labor management, change orders, and cost control.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Health insurance and retirement plan options.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Stable pipeline of commercial interior construction projects.
  • High level of project ownership and leadership responsibility.
  • Collaborative team environment with long-term career growth opportunities.
